What if my water lines freeze ?

Frozen water lines can break and flood your home, causing damage that can be devastating to the structure.  Cold weather presents potential problems which can be prevented by taking a few minor precautions.  Make sure all outside openings such as crawl space vents are blocked to help prevent water lines from freezing during the winter.  If you are going on vacation and will not be heating your home, contact us so we can shut the water off at the Buffalo Box near the street.  If you choose to shut off your heat, please call a plumber to instruct you on how to properly winterize your home and inform you of the potential problems you may encounter upon turning the water main back on.
